How will I access the reports?
You will receive an email with login credentials to access the reports.
Reports are sent in a separate email that includes a direct link for easy access.
What if I do not receive this email?
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Add @schorkgroup.com to your safe sender list to ensure future delivery.
Do I need to create an account or registration?
No separate registration is required.
- The first time you access a report, you’ll enter your login credentials.
- After that, click VIEW REPORT in our emails to go directly to the report.
- If you access reports from a different device, you’ll be prompted to re-enter your login credentials.
What if I have trouble accessing reports?

How many users can access the reports?
Each user must have individual login credentials. Sharing logins is not permitted.

Is there a discount for an annual subscription versus paying monthly?
Yes. Annual subscriptions include a significant discount compared to monthly billing. Contact us at inquiry@schorkgroup.com for more information.
If I subscribe for an annual term, can I cancel at any time?
No. Annual subscriptions require a full-year commitment.
If I initially chose a monthly subscription and now want to convert to an annual subscription, can the amount I’ve already paid be credited so I receive the benefit of an annual license?
Yes. Email inquiry@schorkgroup.com and we will apply the amount already paid toward an annual subscription so that you can benefit from the discounted rate.
